# Risk Assessment Overview

> Analyze, mitigate, and document deforestation and legal risks

In accordance with Article 10 of the EUDR, identified risks must be assessed and mitigated. Polygon One automatically analyzes **geo risks** (deforestation, degradation) based on satellite data and **legal risks** based on the compliance questionnaire. Open risks can be mitigated through evidence documents. Finally, you generate reports as proof of your due diligence.
