# Prepare workspace data

> Maintain products, production plots and supporting documents in your Supplier Workspace.

Start from the product or task you need to answer. Check the company and product identity before editing shared information.

> **Products and origin information**
>
> Open the product list and select the relevant product. Review its name, number, commodity and assigned production information. Use the available add or import action only when the product is genuinely missing. Check existing matches before creating another record.
>
> For origin information, follow [production plots](https://help.polygon-one.com/en/lieferanten/eudr/geodaten.md) and [species and periods](https://help.polygon-one.com/en/lieferanten/eudr/holzarten-und-zeitraeume.md). Review each product assignment; a plot in the workspace is not automatically assigned to every product.

> **Map and plot list**
>
> Use the map to check location and the plot list to inspect records and missing information. Apply filters to find the producer or product. For an empty list, clear filters and check assignments before importing again. Review imported rows and confirm the result. Use [coordinate recovery](https://help.polygon-one.com/en/lieferanten/daten-formate/koordinaten-abgelehnt.md) when a plot is refused.

> **Documents and certificates**
>
> Open the relevant product or document area. Upload readable evidence, check its type, holder, validity and assignments, and review any extracted suggestions against the original. [Document guidance](https://help.polygon-one.com/en/lieferanten/dokumente-hochladen.md) explains the distinction between upload, extraction and acceptance.
>
> Check for an existing file before adding another copy. Correct a wrong assignment or classification using the offered controls. If a duplicate is rejected or an earlier file is restored, review the resulting record before continuing.

> **Supply network and input materials**
>
> Review inbound materials, producers and upstream relationships. Use the supply-chain view to inspect how the records connect; a visible connection is not proof that the linked evidence covers your product. [Collaboration guidance](https://help.polygon-one.com/en/lieferanten/arbeitsbereich/zusammenarbeiten.md) explains requests and sharing.

Use the confirmation beside each save or import. Do not assume a preview or a local edit has updated the stored record. [Save-state guidance](https://help.polygon-one.com/en/lieferanten/speichern.md) covers failures and conflicting edits.
