# Deliver information from your workspace

> Use available reports, certificates and exports, and check your company settings.

First check what your customer needs: a submitted reply, access to product information, or a file. These are separate actions.

> **Reports and certificates**
>
> Open the relevant product or plot and use the offered report or certificate action. Check the selected records, dates and available evidence before generating or downloading it. Review the result for missing information and warnings before sharing it.
>
> A generated report or certificate summarises the underlying data and assessment. Its title does not make it an authority-issued approval or an independent guarantee of compliance.

> **Exports**
>
> Use the export available on the relevant list or product. Check selected rows and filters so that the file covers the intended records. Open the downloaded file and verify its contents before sending it through your agreed customer channel.
>
> If a TRACES-compatible export is offered, treat it as data preparation. Downloading it does not submit a DDS to TRACES. A DDS reference also does not establish that the underlying product is compliant.

> **Company settings**
>
> Open settings to review the company and contact information available to your role. Save changes and check the confirmation. If a field is unavailable or the company is wrong, ask the responsible customer or administrator; do not create a second company to work around it.

> **Nothing is available to download**
>
> Check whether the required product, plot or evidence exists and whether filters hide it. Complete the missing information or ask your customer which result is required. Do not send an empty export as a completed response.
