Check the company, customer and product before responding or sharing. Information stored in your workspace does not automatically answer every customer’s request.
Open the task from the dashboard or product. Read the requested data and any correction reason. Follow the available response action after updating the information. For linked packaging requests, use the PPWR request list and follow review and submission. Check the final confirmation rather than relying on a saved product edit.
Open the sub-supplier or inbound-material record. Check the supplier identity, contact and material assignment before requesting information. EUDR delegation explains what to prepare when an upstream supplier holds origin data. A pending invitation or a supply-chain connection is not a completed response.
Use the sharing controls offered for the product or customer relationship. Review the recipient and included scope before confirming. Read the resulting access status. Changing or revoking a share affects access; it does not retract copies a recipient already exported. If no sharing action is available, ask the requester to check the relationship or your access.
Open the conversation for the relevant customer or request. Explain the missing information and identify the product without including an invitation link or security code. A message can clarify a task, but it does not replace a required data reply, correction submission or sharing confirmation.
If no requests or conversations appear, check the company and filters, then ask your known customer contact to confirm the assignment. Do not use another person’s invitation to reach missing records.
