EUDR Products overview with open geodata, questionnaire and document tasks

EUDR example: Geodata, questionnaire and document tasks are still open in the Products overview. Open the product and work through the requested tasks; the response has not been submitted.

1

Check the request

Read the customer note and tasks. Check your company details, contact information and assigned products. If nothing is assigned or a product is wrong, contact the requester before adding unrelated data.
2

Provide the origin information

Open each product and check the producer and actual production country. Use plots or coordinates, an existing DDS, or the offered recycled-material route when it genuinely applies. Add species and production periods where required. If an upstream supplier holds the information, use sub-supplier delegation.
3

Answer questions and provide evidence

Answer the questionnaire from your actual records. Upload and review relevant documents. Follow the requirements shown for each product and country; documents support risk assessment and mitigation, not automatic compliance.
4

Review and submit

Check the summary and return to any highlighted gaps. Confirm the accuracy of your information, complete the security-code check if requested, and use the final submission action. Wait for its confirmation. A saved draft has not been submitted.
Four steps: save draft, review response, submit and customer review; review and submit a requested correction again.

Saving, reviewing and submitting are separate steps. Wait for the actual confirmation at each step. Your customer reviews the response; save, review and resubmit a requested correction. Submitted means neither accepted nor legally compliant.

Sending this response to your customer is not a DDS submission to TRACES and is not confirmation of regulatory compliance.
To continue later, reopen the original invitation and check which information was saved. For a later correction, open the task, amend the named information and submit the requested response again. Read the status meanings. Invitation, security code or submission problem? · Supplier help home
