Use the original invitation to return to your request. If it is unexpected, verify it through an already known customer contact first.
Check that you opened the latest message from the requester and that the full link was opened. A completed request may need a correction or reopening by your customer. Ask them to check the invitation and issue a new one when appropriate; not every link can be restored. Never paste the link into a support message.
Check the security email displayed in the form, your spam folder and any mail filtering. Request a new code through the offered action if the previous code expired, and use the latest message. Where the form lets you provide a missing security contact, use a mailbox you can access. If an existing address is wrong or locked, ask the requester to correct it. A code is required only when the request’s security settings ask for it.
Read the error beside the affected item. Check the allowed file type and size; use a readable, non-empty source. Do not change a file extension to bypass validation. For geodata, check the import preview and rejected rows. Before reloading or changing browser, check what has actually saved. If two sessions conflict, finish in one session.
Partner-branded invitations may have different branding or no Polygon One help link. Check the requester and the original invitation. An empty request, missing product or inaccessible workspace needs the customer’s assignment or access check.
For questions about the request, use its customer conversation or your known contact. Open the form’s help or assistant if available. For technical problems, email help@polygon-one.eu. Include the requesting company, EUDR or PPWR, the affected section, file format and approximate size, and the exact error message. Briefly describe what you tried and what you expected. Do not send an invitation link, security code or access token. Crop the address bar from screenshots and redact confidential information. Do not upload confidential documents to the help bot.
