Export the production plots as GeoJSON using QGIS.
  1. Open the source in QGIS. Keep related Shapefile files, such as .shp, .shx, .dbf and any .prj, together.
  2. Check the source’s actual coordinate reference system. If unknown, ask the data provider; do not simply assign WGS 84.
  3. On the layer, choose “Export → Save Features As”. Select GeoJSON and target WGS 84 / EPSG:4326.
  4. Export the required plots without unnecessary rounding and reopen the result to check locations.
  5. Upload the GeoJSON in the portal, review the preview and confirm the import.
Export transforms coordinates into the target system. Changing the system label alone does not. If geometries are missing or locations are wrong, stop and clarify the source. Without QGIS, ask your data provider for this export. A ZIP containing Shapefiles is not a supported substitute for GeoJSON.
