The Compliance Process

The entire process in Polygon One follows a clear sequence, from importing your master data to the completed Due Diligence Statement (DDS):

Step 1: Initial Setup

Your company account is set up and you receive a personal onboarding.

Step 2: Capture Master Data

Import your suppliers and articles into the platform.

Step 3: EUDR Relevance Check

The system automatically analyzes which of your articles are EUDR-relevant and must be reviewed.

Step 4: Data Collection (Art. 9 EUDR)

Gather evidence: upload documents, capture geo data, or request it from your suppliers.

Step 5: Risk Assessment (Art. 10 EUDR)

Assess and remediate identified deforestation and legal risks, and generate compliance reports.

Step 6: DDS & Orders (Art. 3 EUDR)

Create and manage orders and Due Diligence Statements (DDS).
