Command palette

The command palette is the fastest way across the application: jump to a page, find a record or open a create dialog without clicking through the sidebar. To open it: Search at the top of the header, or the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + K ( + K on a Mac). The input field reads Search pages, suppliers, articles, plots, orders, and DDS… Results appear in groups:
Records are only searched from two characters on. Before that it reads Type at least 2 characters to search records. Record search exists in the EUDR module; if you are currently working in the PPWR module, navigation and quick actions remain — the packaging pages are just as reachable through them.
The quick actions open the same dialog as the button on the respective page: in the EUDR module Create supplier, Create article, Create order and Import plots; in the PPWR module Create packaging, New component and Create supplier.

Ask Polygon One

Ask Polygon One at the bottom of the sidebar (and as a quick action in the command palette) opens the AI support assistant. In the header, the question-mark button (labelled Help on wide screens) opens the same chat. It answers questions about using the application and, on request, looks up the state of your own records.
The notice above the chat reads: “This assistant is an AI and answers automatically. It explains the application from the help center and looks up the assessment status of your own records on request. It never judges a compliance case — it reports what the analysis concluded. Answers are currently available in German only.”
What it helps with:
  • Explaining how to use the application — it searches the help center and names the pages it used under Help center pages cited: so you can read on.
  • Looking up your records — the status of an article, a packaging unit, a supplier, a DDS, a document or a plot; what is open overall; what a DDS is still waiting on; how your recent imports went. It reads your own company’s data and nothing else.
  • Translating an import error message — paste the wording and it tells you what the message means.
  • Opening the AI import — see Import any file.
  • Proposing an action — a request or a reminder to a supplier, or a re-analysis of a document. It produces a card in the chat with its reasoning; nothing is sent or started until you confirm on that card.
  • Reporting a technical problem — when something in the application does not work, it passes your description on to our support team together with the last entries of the conversation. If that does not get through, it gives you the support address instead.
What it does not do:
  • It never judges a compliance case; it reports what the analysis stored.
  • It hands out no contact details — neither email addresses nor contact persons of your suppliers.
  • It sends nothing on its own and changes nothing without your confirmation on the card.
  • It reads no file in the chat. If you pick a file through the paperclip, it goes straight to the import dialog, not into the conversation.

When the answer does not help

Below the last answer you see Was this answer helpful? with a thumbs up and a thumbs down. On a thumbs down — and when the assistant could not answer at all — Answer didn’t help? Contact support appears: it opens a prepared email to our support team with the last two entries of the conversation and the page you are on already filled in. New conversation instead starts over without the previous history.
The assistant is not available in every workspace. If your workspace is run by a partner, that partner’s support team looks after you directly: Ask Polygon One is gone; the header carries Contact support with your provider’s address instead — provided your provider has stored one.

Import any file

Have your own Excel or CSV file read by AI — the assistant opens that door for you.
