Welcome to Polygon One
Polygon One connects your suppliers, articles, origin data, evidence and due diligence statements. It shows which information is missing, which responses need review and what to do next. In a buyer account with the EUDR module active, the EUDR dashboard is your starting point. Your active module and access permissions determine which dashboard you see; supplier accounts and the PPWR module have their own entry points. Open a task or its contextual help in the EUDR dashboard. Assigned to me shows your responsibilities; All shows the shared work.EUDR Dashboard

The Compliance Process
Start with master data, then check the origins and evidence for relevant articles. Whether you must submit your own Due Diligence Statement (DDS) depends on your role and the transaction.Step 1: Initial Setup
Set up your company account, responsibilities and role; configure TRACES access if you submit statements through it.
Step 2: Capture Master Data
Import your suppliers and articles into the platform.
Step 3: EUDR Relevance Check
Review automatic HS code classifications and resolve open material or product-scope questions.
Step 4: Data Collection (Art. 9 EUDR)
Record origins and evidence or request them from suppliers. Use the reference route where upstream DDS coverage applies.
Step 5: Risk Assessment (Art. 10 EUDR)
Review analysis results and open responses, mitigate risks and document decisions.
Step 6: DDS & Orders (Art. 3 EUDR)
Assign orders and create, submit and check the returned status of any required DDS.
