Overview

The audit log records every action in Polygon One without gaps — whether performed by a team member, a supplier through the portal, or a system automation. This lets administrators trace at any time who made which change and when, and to which record. You’ll find the audit log under Settings → Audit Log. The view is read-only and only visible to company administrators. Entries can neither be edited nor deleted.

Columns

Searching and Filtering

  • Full-text search — searches all fields of the log
  • Entity type — e.g. article, supplier, plot, order, DDS statement, document, user, API key
  • Actor — restrict to individual team members
  • Date range — select a from/to date
Active filters appear as removable chips. Use “Reset” to clear the search and all filters at once.

Detail View

Click an entry to open the “Audit Log Entry” dialog. It shows the time, actor, entity (including the entity ID), and all logged detail changes in a readable form — for example changed fields or status transitions.

Logged Actions

The audit log captures, among others:
  • Articles — created, updated, imported, deleted/restored, input articles linked, EUDR override
  • Suppliers — created, imported, updated, deleted, assigned, compliance/geo data submitted through the portal
  • DDS statements — created, draft updated, status changed, deleted
  • Orders, plots, documents, members — creation, update, and deletion
If an entry refers to a record that has since been deleted or belongs to another company, a neutral note is shown instead of a link. This keeps other tenants’ data protected.
